The medical device (App) is receiving non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP) and pulse waves data, reading from the upper arm of the subject with an external device (agedio B900, PPID 215093-0001). After that, the App processes the data in order to present the result in a textual graphical presentation. The results either can be viewed on the screen or printed out by using AirPrint. The communication between the medical device (App) and the external device is realized by Bluetooth communication technology. This app will not work without the external device (agedio B900).
